The Signer's Ballroom will accommodate up to 20 people. The Signer's Ballroom and suite #7 combined will accommodate up to 40 people standing or sitting. Rental fee for the Signer's Ballroom is $650.00 plus tax. The rate for suite #7 ranges from $355.00 to $405.00 per night. Available event times: Noon to 6:00 PM only.
Courtyard
Our courtyard will
accommodate up to 100 people
standing. The rental fee for
this space is $450.00 plus
tax. There is no back up
in case of inclement weather.
Available times: noon to
6:00 PM only. Any tenting
will be the sole
responsibility of the guest.
A minimum number of sleeping
room reservations are
required in addition to
reserving either of the
above spaces. Romance
Packages available.
Restrictions apply to the
following: music, rental
equipment, event time, and
food & beverage.
